MAY 2024

From the Pastor’s Message:

This May, as we move through the end of the Easter season, the Ascension, Pentecost, and Trinity Sunday, we are reminded of the enduring presence of God amidst the ebb and flow of human affairs. In the Sundays to come, we will remember God’s presence through Jesus’ command to love one another, in the glory of His ascension, in the arrival of the Holy Spirit, and in the mysterious dance of the Three-in-One.

As we try to make sense of the world around us, may we be guided by the Triune God, who calls us to work for the healing and wholeness of all creation — starting right where we are. Let us hold fast to our hope in the resurrected Christ, trusting in God’s promises of life eternal. In our community and in our world, may we be agents of peace and light in a world that often feels overshadowed by violence and darkness.
